Partners
A partner's server reads a venue's availability with a key: GET /api/partner/v1/<venue>/availability with Authorization: Bearer <key>. Read-only, 600 reads a minute per key. The key is shown once; the tower keeps only its hash.

League rounds — can every venue run them?
Who has what
Each hub reports its golden copy (hub 0.36 and later) within a minute of a change. A ✓ with a number means the same folder id in a different version. The league's round form picks from this list, so a car or track appears there the moment it is installed on the Chennai server.

A tar from tools/make-release.sh (Linux) or beside the venue kit from make-venue-kit.ps1. The tower works out the SHA-256 itself; the venue checks it before anything is swapped.
